| NEW MIX CDNEW COULAGE/SKETCHeS I"M DOING,,,I never planned on making a living as a deejay. It happened sort of by accident. So here’s the story…….. My mom was a deejay when I was real little. I can remember digging threw her old records finding Aretha and Grace Jones and saying “these are mine” carefully placing them in “my pile”. Music and art have always been a huge part of my life but it took me a while 2 figure out what 2 do with myself...................................................... ........................................ The possibility of making a living as a deejay never was actualized until I hooked up with Scratch DJ Academy (love u guys) I met a bunch of deejays there, got my technics, and praticed non-stop. My list of deejay residency’s, parties, events include: Underbar, Stone Rose, Bob’s, Whiskey Park, Crobar VIP, Spirit, Lotus, Screening room, B-bar, Star 64, Time hotel, Table 50, Sputnik, Bloomingdales, saks for DG, Glamour Magazine and MissSixty, macy’s……parties: little manhattan screening at summerstage, tribute 2 big L at SOB’s, mayor Bloomberg 04’, Genart, Tribeca Film Fest, Ge-ology’s album release at APT, eplipsy fund raiser06, dan eldon photography exhibit...Featured DJ: spin in the city sweep for Kool Cigarettes, dj for hip hop group i2i……............................................ Don’t get it twisted though!! All this didn’t come easy. I’m still progressing and growing all the time. I’ve also developed a strong itch 2 produce. My first beats are on the www.kool.com................................................ ....................... While doing the deejay thing I never let go of my fine art. I NEED THAT BALANCE (aka: libra) So during the day I paint, write, etc……Basically absorb the world I love and see everyday and try 2 share with others the beauty of art and music..................................
