| Live from the birth place of Hip Hop, there is a new Prince of Vocal Percussions. He is no other then The Prince of Beat Boxing, Anointed S!
Born and raised in the Bronx, New York, Shaun “Anointed S” Roig continues to captivate fans as he showcases his beat boxing abilities with his crowd hyping dance maneuvers. Anointed S can be classified as the art of the human drum by emulating any style of music and blending it with his unique style. He can do it all from House, Techno, Drum and Base, Hip-Hop, Reggae, R&B, Reggaeton and to his popular signature Merengue Set!
Anointed S has grown from a local favorite to world wide recognition. He has appeared on the world famous Apollo Theater at the early age of 15. After his break out performance at the Apollo, Anointed S has been blessed to tour with Alicia Keys for her summer tour of the United States and Canada in 2002. He has also been invited to perform at the world’s most famous arena, Madison Square Garden. Here he performed for both the Knicks and the Liberty basketball teams. Anointed S has also toured internationaly with & been part of a few theatrical productions such as, Ill Style and Peace Productions, Break, The Urban Funk Spectacular also worked with the world renowned Rennie Harris. Unlike many performers, the stage would not be the only venue that he would grace. He took it to a new level by working with the Nickelodeon Network on a show called Me.TV while also staring in a commercial for the Network.
Anointed S is not confined to NYC’s nightlife, he has made numerous performances at nightclubs all over the tri state area as well as thru out the U.S. Anointed S has not only pleased his audience, but has also left his fans quenching for more. He has sparked interest all around the world due to his entertainment and professional ability. When asked what motivates him and what keeps him going, his reply is a modest and simple “ Jesus Christ, My family & friends as well as To innovate beats and sounds.” Stay in Tuned with this young Beat Box Prince....
