| It has been my honor to serve the citizens of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the United States Senate since 1962. I would like to thank all the citizens from across this great state that came out to vote and send me back to Washington for six more years. Now that the Democratic party has regained control of the U.S. Senate, I am excited about the possibility that I will become Chairman of the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee. I am happily married to Victoria Reggie Kennedy and have three wonderful children from a previous marriage. | |
