| Nato in Svezia, da padre bosniaco e madre croata, Zlatan Ibrahimovic ha iniziato giovanissimo a giocare a calcio. Già a dieci anni gioca nella squadra del Balkan, nella categoria dei ragazzi due anni più grandi di lui. In una partita contro la squadra del Vellinge parte dalla panchina. Alla fine del primo tempo il Balkan è sotto 4-0 e Zlatan entra in campo nella ripresa: è lui a realizzare le otto reti del risultato finale (8-5). Prima di approdare all’Inter ha militato 3 anni nel Malmo, quattro nell’Ajax e due nella Juventus. Nella sua prima conferenza stampa in nerazzurro al centro sportivo “Angelo Moratti” si è presentato dichiarando: “Da piccolo ho sempre tifato Inter”. Al debutto con la nazionale svedese under-21 contro la Macedonia segna subito un gol, gioca la sua prima partita con la nazionale maggiore il 31 gennaio 2001 (contro le Isole Faroer). All'età di 20 anni è stato convocato per la fase finale della Coppa del Mondo.Tutti si ricorderanno il gol segnato contro l’Italia ad Euro 2004. Gli azzurri sono in vantaggio per 1-0 e, a pochi minuti dalla fine della partita, vengono raggiunti da una rete di tacco proprio di Ibrahimovic. Di grande personalità, istintivo e un po’ ribelle Attaccante dal fisico potente, possiede enormi capacitá tecniche che gli permettono giocate di grande classe.
