| Cantante, autrice, arrangiatrice, désirée trascorre i primi anni della sua vita in giro per l'Italia, il Giappone e gli USA. Studia danza classica ed inizia a muovere i primi passi nella musica all'età di 11 anni, con lo studio della chitarra e le prime nozioni di solfeggio e canto. Nella sua ventennale carriera ha spaziato dalla Fusion al Soul, dalla Dance al Rhythm & Blues, fino ad approdare con gioia al Gospel, che interpreta ed arrangia con grande passione e sensibilità da 10 anni. Si è esibita in innumerevoli concerti live, calcando la scena di palchi prestigiosi (Auditorium Parco della Musica di Roma per Jazz For Children, al Teatro Sistina di Roma per Le Città del Jazz con l'orchestra di Massimo Nunzi, Jazz Image 2005-2006-2007 di Villa Celimontana, alle Scuderie Papali del Quirinale, in Campidoglio, a Miss Italia 2005, collaborando con grandissimi musicisti della scena nazionale ed internazionale. Ha inciso numerose colonne sonore (per il cinema: il premio oscar Shrek e Storie d'Amore con i Crampi di Pino Quartullo; per la tv Baby Looney Tunes (Warner Bros), Il Postino Pat (BBC), Le Superchicche, (RaiSat Ragazzi e SKY TV). Ha partecipato a numerose produzioni dance, come lead vocalist, arrangiatrice ed autrice (Irma Records, Expanded Music, Ala Bianca, Flying Records..). Parla correntemente inglese, francese e spagnolo (è laureata in Interpretariato) ed ha anche realizzato la traduzione e l'adattamento di numerosi copioni cinematografici e di alcune serie tv dall'inglese. ------------------------------------------------------------ --------------------- Singer, songwriter and arranger, Désirée spent the first part of her life traveling with her family between Italy, Japan and the USA. She studied classical dance and approached guitar and singing at the age of 11. During her 20 year-long career she has privileged Fusion, Soul, Dance, Rhythm & Blues.. until she finally discovered Gospel music, which she's been singing and arranging with great passion and sensitivity for 10 years (with Vocintransito, a female vocal ensemble). She's always had a very intense live activity, singing on prestigious stages and collaborating with great musicians from the national and international scene. She has recorded many soundtracks (cinema: the Italian version of award-winning Shrek and Storie d'Amore con i Crampi by Pino Quartullo; TV: Italian versions of Baby Looney Tunes (Warner Bros), Postman Pat (BBC), Powerpuff Girls musical (RaiSat Ragazzi and SKY TV), among others. She's been involved in several dance productions, as lead vocalist, arranger and songwriter (Irma Records, Expanded Music, Ala Bianca, Flying Records..). She fluently speaks English, French and Spanish (she took a degree as an Interpreter) and has also translated and adapted various cinema and TV play scripts from English to Italian. | |
