| Cal's has been around forever and we are the only ROCK bar in downtown Chicago, hosting live music (sometimes weekdays) on Thursday's, Friday's and Saturday's. There is "cordial" staff all the time, a full liquor store with the original old guys from the muppet show ( fred and cal) at your service... bikes, beer, bands... sometimes babes, maybe babies, we like bagels, and bass players are hot i am not sober.
The cable works 95% of the time. So, YES you can watch the game and drink your bud, BUT NO TV DURING A LIVE SHOW!
You may not believe it, but we are all well read and we have quite the collection of travel books. We are avid wanderers, tourers and bikers.
