| Finally, I have become a victim of this virtual world as well and got a MySpace Profile (¿who would have ever thought so?). But now, the question is what should I write?¿? Bla bla bla would be a start .... ;Þ Well, lets try this: I am a photographer and my camera is so stuck to me I could compete easily with any Japanese tourist. People who see me will not take long to find out that I am sitting in a wheelchair (happened 2005). After a pretty bad car accident (or should I say lorry accident) I guess those things happen if you work late at night and certain driver fall asleep when he should not. :) But so he did... do but get me wrong, it was not the lorry drivers fault but the guy who was steering the car I was sitting in. Sleepiness and long rides just do not go together. :) I live and work mainly in Germany, in Berlin that is, and Paris, France, with frequent escapes to southern Spain (mainly to the Málaga & Cordoba area). My approach to photography is a very simple one, I try to keep things very simple and natural. Photoshop is a cool thing but it should not have a place in Photography. If you take a picture everything should already be in it, and not be added afterwards nor should stuff be airbrushed. If someone has a little wrinkle it is part of that person and wiping that out would wipeout the person I photograph. Guess I will just fill this in over the next days... Until then, just ask if you have any questions! But then, isn’t that already more then enough written about me?

Music:A big source of inspiration are the old blues men like:Reverend Gary Davis, Lead Belly, Mississippi John Hurt, Big Bill Broonzy & Muddy Waters For Easy listening: Leslie Feist, Ben Harper, John Butler, Beth Orten, Heather Nova, Kojima Mayumi For Party: Bebe, Ketama, Estopa, Los Delinquentes, Sly & the Famikly Stone I do love singer/songwriters (like the ones mentioned above) to play in the background while I work, it is very inspiring Apart from that I listen to a lot of classical music and flamenco. I guess right now Estrella Morente is the one who is sounding over my speakers the most :) |
