SUFFERSYSTEM started in the year 2000 as a one-man project after Dirk has left RESURRECTED. He was still interested in writing Death-Metal songs, so he recorded some Demo-CDs - "Decomposed Corpse" (Demo 2001) and “...Into Pieces” (Demo 2002) were sold with good resonance. In 2004 Dirk asked Daniel (ex-DARK BEFORE DAWN) for crushing the first studio album with his voice. Stephan enters the "band" some weeks before the recording started. The birth of "Mentally Deranged" was in late summer 2004. From then on, SUFFERSYSTEM could be considered as a real band. Two years later (2006) 11 new ass-kicking death metal songs caught sight of the world. "The Mutilated One" was born! In 2008 SUFFERSYSTEM have finished the new thrashing Death-Metal record which is called "The Plague Angel" (street date: 20.12.08)! They have made a video about one of the new tracks - "Catalepsy".
