| I'm a drum n bass dj for NerveAgent Recordings and S.R.J. I LOVE my music. I got my start in the basement of Chris Artificial's house about 4 years ago playing breaks and trance. I got together with a guy named Paul who worked at the mall with me and we put together our first party at Assagio. From there, Paul and i continued to work together and hosted parties with people like daywalker, josh p, matt phillips, Rodamus, myself, maylon, Deon, Mikian, Seraph!m, and several others on the lineup. We hosted these parties at a place called Gable Square Saloon. That's where i feel i got my real start. Through Rodamus(steve smith) i met Oscillator from NerveAgent Recordings. At that point i had been dabbling in drum n bass for about a year and was getting pretty good at it. Oscillator heard my mix and allowed me to get up with NerveAgent. Little did i know that the co-founder of the label was a guy by the name of Joe Pennington(dj fear) and i had known joe since i was about 10 or so..so we caught back up and began working together writing tracks and planning for parties and stuff like that.. Some time later Matt calls me and says "hey i met this guy Ant or whatever and he's comin up from pensacola.. he's gonna meet me here in a couple of hours, so come over here and let me know what you think. " Ant came over and we all hit it off immediately. We started planning our next party called BLOCK CONTROL and from there SRJ was born. Since then SRJ has grown into a huge collective engulfing the southeast and many other parts of the country. We are now working on infiltrating mainstream clubs with the junglist sounds and are basically fusing it together with hip-hop. That's how we came up with the idea for THUMP.. listed lower on my page... so that's my story.. and now you know.. if u want to check out any of my music you can go to www.harmonynet.net and loopk up these dates.2-23-05 5-4-05 6-15-05 8-31-05 12-21-05 and 12-28-05some of these dates are my solo live sets from the webcasts and some of them are tag sets with different dj's (5-4-05 oscillator and 12-28-05 dj steel)all sets were recorded live in the harmony network studios and include audio and video.. just a side note....the first 3 or 4 sets were recorded under phage.... but that's a long story anyway.... check it out.... or come to TANTRA on 5-9-06 to see me live with oscillator, knctrnl, strategically ill, 001soldier, recess and tkopeace. and enjoy the bass.
