She is a member of the Nashville Songwriters Association located just off Music Row in Nashville.Lori has such a passion for singing and for writing that she says, "If you are a natural born writer, you write because it's in your heart, even if no one ever heard them, you would write them anyway"Lori is a dedicated singer / songwriter who enjoys the journey and remains grateful for the many beautiful souls and encouraging hearts, who have all in some way, inspired her to write tomorrow’s song today. My Interests |

Music:Member Since: 11/20/2006Influences:..
My Dad who played a guitar and sang Johnny Cash and Merle Haggad tunes. My mom also sang and took me to church. Dolly Parton inspired me with her ability to be herself and write a great song from the perspective of a southern woman. I also have felt a great influence by the christian community and friends that I grew up with. In later years, my daughter, who sings like an angel, inspired me to be a better singer and believe in myself. Most of all, my husband Barry, who supports me in anything and everything I attempt to do. I'll love him forever!!!
