About Me
that's me ^^ leading stage invasion at Bromheads Jacket gig travel a lot of the country to gigs, if i like a band i make the effort to see them several times in a week. (few bands who gets me travelling a lot further a field is dogs, bromheads jacket, arctic monkeys, reverend & the makers...yep these mentioned i've seen between 10-25 times, so not the usual 5-10 times i'll see the same band). Lately been addicted to sheffield and the bands up there, vastly becoming 2nd home. Occasionally go with friends but mostly a lone traveller who just fucking gets on with it (and hell have i met some amazing people out in different cities!!) Music is a massive part of my life now and in the past i'm passionate about it...for sure obsessed...ask anyone...ha ha!! Been in bands myself as a front singer, influences like (L7, yeah yeah yeahs, babes in toyland) also done blues, jazz, 60's soul, few years ago now but something i'll pick up again..well one day when i aint so busy...so that's like er never. Like nothing better than acoustic sessions with people, when i'm normally drunk and by that time singing out of tune till 9am the next morning...keeping all awake. if you see me about offer me your couch coz otherwise it's normally a rough nite out in the car or someones doorstep Pretty lively in character but also chilled out, accused of drug abuse by all since school days, i can assure you i've not and have never been into it, apart from drink ok maybe the rare smoke...(whatever floats your boat and each to their own!!) well into having a laugh, alcohol and just having a bloody good time, also staying up till early hours either with people (mostly who I hardly know) or listening to bands on web sites. If you arrange to meet me i'll warn you now i'm forever late i have no concept of time, i do not leave clubs before they close and if you go to one with me it's more than likely we'won't be sharing a taxi home together. If your gonna say hello then do so pre 8pm coz after that the whole night becomes a blur. a romantic and one day i'll meet someone who is as obsessed with music on a far deeper level as me.is all good and i love life!!! also into lambrettas/vespas. Television: no television, don't own one, not interested in owning one, though i have watched one in the past oh and apologies cannot hold any conversation about it
Books: no books, never read one in my life! though i can read!!! the only info i read is technical information and not a big fan of nme but i like to read about bands/musicians that interest me, i don't buy it i go round a mates to read it, the fly picked that up a few times
