The industry has overlooked the accomplishments of women in rap and hip-hop far too long. She'k is going to go a long way toward placing the ladies in the industry where they belong. We have to stop sitting around waiting for the fellas to give us our props. As long as the women have been in the game, there is still only a handful of them you can name. By now, we should have made up more ground." FEG is also planning a six city seminar tour aimed at women interested in rap and hip-hop.
