the group known as Tragedy Andy. Fusing Catchy hooks, bittersweet
lyrics and enough 'Rock!' to shake the Himalayaas, Tragedy Andy is
taking the new musical landscape by storm.
With elements of rock, punk, soul and emotional pop, Tragedy Andy has sculpted a well fought for niche in their difficult to categorize genre. Playing with acts such as The Donnas, Sugar Cult, The Matches, Reel Big Fish & NOFX, as well as rocking 4 years of the Vans Warped Tour and touring some of the most prestigious venues across the west coast, Tragedy Andy continues to prevail. At first, they remind the listener cognitively of equal parts, Further seems Forever, Panic! at the Disco and even sometimes, punk/prog luminaries, Coheed and Cambria. But Nostalgically...they are of another flavor. When seeing their amazing live performance you can't help but remember bands such as Lifetime, Jawbreaker, Weezer and even The Beatles. That same blood that moved those bands to create sonically mesmerizing and heartfelt music, runs through the veins of Tragedy Andy. Oh yes, Ladies and Gentlemen, The torch has been passed on and set to blaze. However, they are no carbon copy. They blend an eclectic style to both move and enthrall their audiences.
