Theta Realms is dedicated in creating wonderful(( brainwave sound journey’s )) to be enjoyed but also serve as a powerful tool to allow you to tune your brainwaves to a specific brainwave state. It can take years for a person to learn to generate specific brainwaves. Not anymore,now anyone can start to learn to produce these often neglected altered states of mind. Theta Realms soundtracks use a neurological process called "brainwave entrainment" to naturally stimulate your desired state. Just by learning to produce these altered brainwaves states one can expect a deepening of ones state of mind. More and more people are waking up to the realization that thought is the source of all creation. Everything we think about can manifest its self in our reality,in our life. By becoming more aware and in tuned with these brainwaves states through the process of entrainment anyone can bring forth more of the potent ability’s of the mind. Heightening the ability for creation, in other words you can be expanding your mind through music and vibrational brainwave rhythms.
