The Prodigy, Asian Dub Foundation, FatBoy Slim, Senser.... this groups are the reason for me to begin listening electronic music, that is actually my favourite style but not the only one. After spending some years going through break beats, big beats, hip hop, my brain was asking me 180 BPM (hehe) so i go fully (my worst decision ever) into what for for me is a lifestyle DRUM..N..BASS. KCee has been in front of turntables since 1999, begun with D.N.B in 2001. First under mark Troubellerz band created with his friend Fernando aka Trauma, and then with DarkFactory crew. At the end of 2006 he decided to give up DarkFactory and to create with his very mate Pepino ELEKTRICITY, to begin a new era inside their d..n..b projects... This sevillian has played his sets in most d..n..b events of the south of spain and in numerous parties all along the country, such as: Display Sessions (Madrid), International Meeting D.N.B (Valencia), Xion Club (Criptana), Industrial Copera Club (Granada), Jam Club (Bilbao)....... he has share cabin with confirmed artist as Vicious Circle, Noisia, TeeBee, Raiden, Phace, Spor..... With a serious and refined style his sets are conclusive and precise, you will make a big mistake if you miss the opportunity of watching him in action.The Prodigy, Asian Dub Foundation, Fatboy Slim, Senser... son los grupos que me llevaron a introducirme de lleno en la musica electronica, mi estilo favorito aunque no el unico. Tras estar varios a..os navegando por ritmos rotos como el breakbeat, big beat... descubro que mi cerebro me pide 180 bpm... :) . A partir de aqui me introduzco de lleno (lo peor que pude hacer en mi vida), en lo que para mi es una forma de vida, el DRUM&BASS... KCEE lleva ante los platos desde 1999, desde el 2001 con el drum&bass. Primero bajo el sello Troublellerz, formacion creada junto a su compa..ero y amigo Fernando Aka Trauma (Kalashnikov) y despues con el colectivo Darkfactory, este sevillano ha pinchado en la mayoria de eventos de drum&bass de la zona sur de Espa..a y en numerosas fiestas a lo largo de toda la geografia espa..ola, tales como Display Sessions (Madrid), Meeting Drum&Bass Festival (Valencia), Xion (Kriptana), Industrial Copera (Granada), Sala Jam (Bilbao).... A compartido cabina con artistas de la talla de Vicious Circle, Noisia, Teebee, Raiden, Phace, Spor, Propaganda, Chris Renegade... Con un estilo serio y depurado, sus sets son contundentes y medidos.A finales de 2006, decide abandonar Darkfactory para formar junto a su compa..ero Pepino, el colectivo ELEKTRICITY y asi comenzar una nueva etapa de proyectos relacionados con el drum&bass. A mediados de 2007 comienza a adentrarse en el mundo de la produccion y pronto escucharemos temas propios los cuales no se alejaran mucho del estilo que maneja a los platos, un estilo que va desde el tech-step mas contundente, grandes influencias del metal y hardcore y toques del techno mas agresivo. En la actualidad, ademas de fomar parte de Elektricity, tambien se ha embarcado en otro proyecto llamado OPTIMIZED, un nuevo club de drumbass para las noches sevillanas, club del cual se tendran noticias proximamente y que ya cuenta con dos residencias en la capital hispalense CONTACT & INFO: Msn.... currocortes@gmail.com AIM....
