| Universal Circus es el proyecto de José Lozano y Poncho de los ya desaparecidos Automatics , de David Morales de Smoker Snails y de Alvaro Blas, batería de los granadinos Starchildren. Formados en el 2001 y tras el lanzamiento de su primera maqueta, la cual llegó a ser ³mejor maqueta del año² por los oyentes de Disco Grande (Radio 3) y ³segunda mejor maqueta² por los oyentes de Viaje A Los Sueños Polares (40 Principales), debutan en directo en el Festival ContemPopranea de Alburquerque (Badajoz) y pronto se encierran en el estudio para facturar: ³Shinning Light Series², su álbum de debut en Mushroom Pillow.
