Free Bird / Free Spirit I spend most school years posting signs that read 'Save The Seals' while teachers pull down my scribble I simply repost, thus I am thrown out of school more times than I care to admit. Yet I continue to express my desire to bring people’s attention to the urgency of Animal Abuse and Human Rights. Basically I push whatever I want into people’s faces whether they like it or not. However, I like to look at anything I may do wrong like this: TOLERANCE, which is the ability to hate the opinion, but respect the opinioner. One need not agree in order to respect another’s point of view, however acutely different that might be. Absence of that tolerance is, perhaps, the world’s most deplorable affliction. Aside from the above ramble, I'm a shy person who likes to keep to myself and my interests. As, INTEREST, in things we don’t know, people we haven’t met and opportunities we have yet to explore are the fuel that drives us toward success, happiness, personal fulfillment and peace of mind. Those standing still on the highway of life are potential road kill. I do not wish, nor will I ever become road kill! “Build a better world,” said God; I asked the question, “How? The world’s so cold and cruel and vast – so complicated now. And I’m so small and helpless, there’s nothing I can do!” Then God, in all his wisdom, said “Just build a better you!” And, I try, I truly do! Which now brings me to FORGIVENESS, as opposed to long-held grudges, deep-seated resentments, petty differences, arguments, family feuds and a deliberate refusal to bury unpleasant things in the past? My films choice ranges from comedies to horror, such as Sigourney Weaver in Alien, for Ripley does kick butt! Me too; Mmm! Back to favorite movies...
