| Bob and Willie also host a weekly internet radio show that features Ohio bands and bands that play here regularly! Check out our blog or just click on the banner! Willie WAS in a band with Jay. Willie IS in a band with Bob. Willie is now in a band with JAY and BOB. Jay's gone Willie Is now in two bands with Bob and no bands with Jay The Bentreys are currently a three piece band that formed on November 29th 2007 with the intentions of just playing one show. They wrote their entire set in one practice and only had 3 full practices before their first show. It went so well that it seemed like it would be stupid to stop. Every show they’ve done has resulted in more show offers by promoters or club owners wanting them to play again. The Bentreys sound infusion of funk, indie, punk, experimental guitar, and rock has given them a unique, fresh sound that really helps them stand out. Comparisons would be Nirvana, Jimi Hendrix, The Pixies, Sonic Youth, Phantom Planet, Built to Spill, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and Pearl Jam stuck in a blender with Tom Waits and NOFX at the controls while listening to The Dead on the radio. eat your peas.........
