| Marla is a studio sessions musician who records jingles for various radio & television commercials. Contact Marla at jamie0909us@yahoo.com if interested in working with her for rccording jingles.. She now has live solo performances in her area for her fans to enjoy. She is recording her 2nd & 3rd original albums at the current time. So we hope to see you at one of her shows. It will be a blast!!! ............I am a singer songwriter. I play rhythm guitar & write all my music & lyrics on guitar.. I live 40 miles west of Pittsburgh Pa in the tri-state area called Chester WV. I was raised on ethnic Italian music & accordion from Italy in my home but I am inspired by many other types. I personaly love & perform the blues & southern classic rock.I have been an opening act for Elton John & John Mellencamp at Pittsburghs Post Gazzette Pavillion Amphitheatre. I sang with Wild Cherry on main stage during the 70's bash with Kool & the Gang & KC & the Sunshine Band. I have done jingles for TV including one I did for Nickelodeon (Big Help). I also have recorded many radio commercials with my producer. My current CD is Pocket Full of Nails. A new CD is in the works & should be released within the year. I perform & write many styles of music including, alternative, folk, rock, gospel, blues, pop. I'm working on some jazz tunes as we speak. I love to hear a good scatter. I strive for a commercial feel in my music. I also try to put myself in other peoples shoes when writing, if I'm not to busy hollering at them through my lyrics! Just kidding. Have fun & enjoy!
