| Juan was born in Seville, Spain in 1976. He graduated from Cadiz University in 1998 and from Berklee College of Music in 2004.
Juan has performed or recorded with musicians as Jerry Bergonzi, Dave Santoro, Joe Magnarelli, Dick Oatts, Mark Whitfield, Darren Barrett, Mark Ledford, Perico Sambeat, Andrea Michelutti, Antonio Mesa, Marc Miralta, Deejay Foster, Dayna Stephens, Andre Sumelius, Hogyu Hwang, Ximo Tebar, Pedro Cortejosa, Marku Ounaskari, Javier Ruibal, Gillermo McGuill, Arturo Serra, Enrique Oliver, Manuel Perfumo, Tito Alcedo, Miguel Gandelman, Louis Cato, Kelly Sae...
He has performed in the USA, Japan, Phillippines, England, Ireland, France and Spain.
Currently Juan organizes the "Cádiz International Jazz Workshop" and teaches at a jazz program in Cádiz University. He just released the debut CD of the R&B/Neosoul band "Satya Project".
