In the meantime, You will hear poor sound quality, Drunken ideas and genre-defying madness. It..s always good to hear feedback good or bad so feel free to leave comments.If you think a song sounds like a joke,Chances are it is. Thats not to mean the band dont take music seriously. Far, Far from it. Its just that too many musicians take themselves as people too seriously and too many people take life too seriously. ALL THE GIROS MUSIC, LYRICS AND BLOGS ARE COPYRIGHTED!!!! Anyway musical theft aside The Giros are a nice, Peaceful bunch of functioning alcoholics. Who enjoy making original music and despise heartburn Ten songs are being perfected in the studio and you will hear the real recordings when they are finished to the highest standard but being that writer..s block is never a problem in Giro-land you will hear a stream of new ideas appearing on myspace to guage feedback from our friends and critics The newest tracks to appear on this page were recorded with a mic from a pound shop and with an acoustic guitar in one night known as the ..Whispers.. session. Hence the images of a Wispa. They do not represent the direction The Giros are taking as these feature only two of The band members and none of the equipment they have been using in the studio. Ifyou like experi-MENTAL music then you may well enjoy the low-budget one-take attempts. The Giros strive for originality and if you can answer who your band sounds like in one sentence chances are thousands are already doing it better than you are. Nobody can do what The Giros do. The sound quality and lack of practise is obvious. Thats about to change. The Blueprints for the Future are almost ready so keep poppin by to make sure you hear them before your friends get here first. Its about democracy Their will be songs posted on this page that sound terrible and unrehearshed. These were all one takes. Most bands would either never record their first take or hide them from the world. The Giros can see a beauty in the ugliness of these recordings. It..s as real as music can get. Many agree. Many dont. The Giros dont really care how they are percieved as form is temporary, Class is permanent The recording equipment thats been used wasnt even Calvin Harris (Acceptable in the 80..s never mind 2007) Yes they did knock back deals for a smoking ban e.p to be released on July 1st last year due to the moral grounds of July 1st being a date set by the government, There is nothing wrong with bands trying to make money from the music but bearing in mind July 1st was a date set by government for a ban in England and The Giros are from Scotland, It would have meant cashing in on hypocrisy which is what The Giros hate more than anything. Politicans take note. Also selling our souls is gonna be a tricky task anyway so if your looking for a band to rip off please look elsewhere The Giros love to hear comments good or bad and will always reply and listen or check out your page if you..ve taken the time to check out this page. Please feel free to promote yourself to our fans but at least personalise it. You know listen to a song, Read a blog. Just say Hi.
