| Killacat, born Marco Morelli in Catanzaro in 1986. When he was 15 years old he started to frequent the local dancehall. In 2002 he founded Catanzion Crew with his friends Manù and Bruno. During this period Killacat wrote his first tune "Questa è una festa". In 2004 he released his first demo-cd entitled "A kissusenti work: Gioman & Killacat inna ruff session", a ruff collection of tunes recorded in the early years of Killacat’s music-career ("Pull up","Solo tu","L'urlo" and others). It was during this year that Killacat was recognized as a well-known singer by the Italian Massive. He began travelling around Italy, and performing “show-case” with Kissusenti crew. He also recorded the tune "Troppa è" for Dancehall Studio vol.3, "Mr.Money" (in combination with Gioman) for the collection "Reggae for Ethiopia", and collaborated on other local productions. 2005 was the turning point for Killacat. He recorded his first 7” vinyl "U cora vruscia" (on acqua riddim) produced by One Love hi-powa. This tune today is still played in Italian dancehalls. His style was also recognized by the German massive and other international dj’s, such as, David Rodigan. In 2006 he followed his success with another 7” vinyl produced by One Love: "Pull up" (on maria riddim). At the moment, Killacat regularly performs in many Italian reggae clubs in combination with Gioman or alone . These performances are often backed by Italian reggae bands. Dal 2002 si esibisce come dee-jay di Catanzion. Nel 2004 esce un demo autoprodotto da Kissusenti reggae movement ("Gioman & Killacat inna ruff session") che raccoglie pezzi registrati in quegli anni,come "Pull up","Solo tu","L'urlo" ed altri. Da questo periodo inizia a portare la sua musica in giro per l'Italia insieme a Kissusenti Lo stesso anno incide il pezzo "Troppa ...." per il pi.. famoso mixtape italiano "Dancehall Studio vol.3", ideato e realizzato da Satta G. e Vito Vinicolo e "Mr.Money" in combination con Gioman per "Reggae for Ethiopia". Nel 2005 canta: "U cora vruscia" prodotto da One Love hi-powa su '45 giri,brano che ha riscosso notevole successo nelle dance hall italiane e tedesche e suonato anche da mr.David Rodigan. L'anno dopo viene stampato su '45 giri anche il suo pezzo "pull up" su "Maria" riddim sempre prodotto da One love e che ha riscosso anche notevole successo Si esibisce in giro per l'Italia in live set con Gioman o solo..spesso seguiti da diverse reggae bands italiane.A breve uscirà..
