I am currently based in Spain and I travel whenever I can in order to learn, love and connect with people and places. I am working on a long term MULTIMEDIA ART project involving Mystery Flame as explorer of dimensions in-between reality and dream. The project is expanding via multiple paths, of which WRITING and digital PHOTOGRAPHY are just two examples.................... As a multimedia artist I love working with LIGHT, as I see it as a direct portal into QUANTUM REALITY. MUSIC is one of my greatest sources of inspiration (others are PEOPLE, PHILOSOPHY and NEW SCIENCE). I grew up in a strange, wonderful, exciting world of my own where ZIGGY STARDUST was the absolute archetype of perfection - and that might explain why I love a man with eyeliner on ;-)!!! I then became a journalist, writing for alternative music mags in Italy & the UK. I was extremely fortunate to meet (and collaborate with) very exciting people and musicians, as well as work on experimental projects, from hardcore to death metal, from techno to meditational............... The idea of strength and oneness of the OCEAN is another of the recurring references in my life, being a soothing companion during my meditational moments. We, as humans, have the funny habit to mess up anything we touch, going through hell and back almost with periodical precision. For this reason I appreciate positivity and honesty in life and try to enhance my knowledge and awareness at all times. Life should not pass us by without us getting to truly know our Self and feel how we are interconnected with everyone and everything around us. These days this has become a kind of sterile, stereotypical "new age talk", but it really boils down to good sense and a sincere desire to live harmoniously. No-one is here to preach (I hope), but to mutually support and inspire one another! I deeply desire to practice tolerance and unselfishness: a stimulating and open dialogue with as many people as possible is a natural way to mutually preserve physical, spiritual and intellectual individual FREEDOM. It would be easy to mention Bowie, Joe Strummer, all the members of Crass, Rafael Nadal ;-) Leonardo Da Vinci, David Bohm, Epicurus, Siddartha, Padmasambhava, Genghis Khan or Attila, but to me they are/were just people with a superb ability to push themselves and their surrounding boundaries, not demi-gods!
