Luego de varios ensayos grabaron en su propia casa una maqueta conteniendo tres composiciones del grupo. El sello extremeño Bon Vivant Records ha publicado dos de estas canciones en la compilación “Café de la Crème”. En Diciembre del pasado año grabaron (en el mismo estudio!) la 1er maqueta oficial entre cuyos temas se incluyen Are You a Bad Man?, Dancehall, Summer Romance y Half Time You. Se han presentado en directo en las salas El Naranja, Zanzíbar, Barbarella , Pequeña Bety, Silkona y Moby Dick. Por otra parte, ha sonado en Radios de Francia, Estados Unidos, Méjico y Argentina. El grupo ha tenido reseñas en la revista Mondo Sonoro y ha quedado en la lista de mejores demos de 2007 en la misma revista, además de difusión y entrevistas en programas radiales como Disco Grande y Flor de Pasión de Radio3.On April de 2007 Aline Beaudoux formed The Splendids. After some rehersal they recorded at their home a demo including three songs composed by the band. Bon Vivant Records (from Extremadura, Spain) published “Café de la Crème” , a compilation cd where you can find two song from that material . On December 2007, the band recorded their 1st oficial demo (at home too!) including Are You a Bad Man?, Dancehall, Summer Romance y Half Time You. The band has played live in some of the best venues in Madrid: El Naranja, Zanzíbar, Barbarella , Pequeña Bety, Silkona y Moby Dick. Their songs have been aired in many radios in Spain, France, United States, Mexico and Argentina. The band has had good reviews in written press too, apearing in some of the best independent music magazines of Spain like Mondo Sonoro where their demo was selected as one of the best of 2007.Party!, with The Splendids...
