| Hi, I'm Ory, a CrossFit Level 1 Instructor, N.E.S.T.A. Certified Master Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and I also have a Holistic Fitness Practitioner Certification. I'm also a Drummer, singer/songwriter,Triathlete and love surfing and Muay Thai boxing. I co-own my own CrossFit and Training Studio and I'm working on a TV Project, as well as a training video series.
