| About Ripper... One of the most craziest, paranoid, most energetic, blood vessel and vein popping entertainer you will ever see in your life. Ripper, the one man army. He grew up with both influences of Reggae & Hip Hop. Listening to artists such as Leaders of the New School, Capleton, Onyx, Sizzla, Tribe Called Quest, Tenor Saw, Kool Moe Dee, etc., made him the perfect lyrical soldier that can survive in both worlds. The method behind his madness is based on anger, rage, and frustration. This gives his music that anger feel, but at the same time can be serious, comical, informal, gentle & even sexy. His songs are attention grabbing from beginning to end with catchy hooks and die hard verses. His style is blend with hardcore hip hop with a dancehall feel. When on stage, his presence is live, hype, full of energy & can cause riots. Also, Ripper doesn't need a hype man. Admiring music producers like Dr. Dre, RZA, Dj. Premier, etc., got Ripper into making beats. He became a master on the Korg Triton, Akai, and other sequencers and samplers at the age of 13. joined a rap group in Jr. High by the name, "Funkaholics" which later switched to, "Nightmares of the Realm". Ripper left his home island which is St. Thomas to further his career in music. Now he's in New York working for MTV, meeting links, and recording.
