Music:Member Since: 1/3/2007Band Website: moshpittragedy.com Influences: MOSHPIT TRAGEDY first began booking punk and metal shows in the mid 90s in Windsor Ontario. The name came about after one of these shows when Rayny Forster (ex-HULLUUS, THE POSERS) was brought to the emergency room and a doctor dubbed him a "moshpit tragedy." In 2006, Rayny and Katy Lesperance (ex-DUMPSTER DRUNX) began screenprinting tshirts and the label fell into place. After releasing a few local projects the idea branched out and today the label has released bands from the US, Canada, England, Scotland, Holland, Finland, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia and Hungary to name a few. Two years later the label has abandoned releasing cds in the traditional format and has begun releasing downloadable albums on a sliding scale, meaning visitors to the website can pay as much or as little as they want.
