Fellguard, is from Murrieta, CA and started in January of 2007, with just jamming a couple days a week, writing a couple songs and experimenting with different styles of rock and metal. The band became complete in October of '07 and in the very first performance won "First Place" at the City of Murrieta Battle of the Bands, and were recently awarded "BEST HIGH SCHOOL BAND 2008" at the INLAND EMPIRE MUSIC AWARDS in January. As fans of neo-classical metal, and old-school classic metal, Fellguard has fused a unique style similar to the northern European metal style, some call it "Power Metal." Now, Fellguard is getting an average of 2-3 gigs a month, attending the world famous NAMM show, gaining momentum among the metal underground scene, and designing their own custom guitars. Sharing the stage with bands such as Blacktide, Trail of Tears, Unexpect, Doro, Echoes of Eternity and more! Fellguard is a band that provides people with a rock/metal sound reminiscent of past generations, with a current, euro-metal quality. The fast growing appetite for quality rock n roll is filled by the band’s hard-rocking yet melodic guitar sounds. Fellguard has worked non-stop writing and recording new songs, as well as consistently performing in Los Angeles, Inland Empire and San Diego County. Dedicated musicians who acknowledge that their talent and music is a gift from God, the members of Fellguard keep their songs free of offensive lyrics. With all four members still in high school, people are blown away at their professional and high-energy performances. After seeing Fellguard live you can see that they are dedicated musicians writing and performing real, high-energy, quality rock!
