| PART ONE
The Disappearing One project was born in Fabio’s bedroom in 2006. There he wrote, arranged and played a handful of songs which later, just a few of them, ended up on this Myspace page, in order to have them listened by his friends. Therefore Marco, the bass player-to-be, pushed to look for new members and to start a band which could play these songs live. So Luigi (guitar), Andrea (guitar and synth) and Giovanni (drum), all coming from previous musical experiences and other still-existing bands, have recently joined the project. Well, in 2008 the whole thing looks no longer like a simple room-project but it is a real band now: The Disappearing One.
PART TWO After almost a year spent together arranging and playing these songs around, the band gets into the studios to record them. In these days Luigi decides to quit the band because of personal reasons. We resolved to go on without replacing him...at the moment we're still working on our tunes in the studio! We'll be soon out with our first album "Transitional Phase" !!! "Transitional Phase" will probably include these songs: .. Wide Pitches (the only song on the player in a previous version) .. Neverending Circles .. A Night at home .. Tons .. Dissipate .. Black Calls .. 11th hour .. L.Chatterley .. Stop,Think and Talk .. Like Canes in the wind .. When I'm Down (as a bonus track). All the songs posted in these last days are recorded at home...just for fun in my sad-sad room!!! F. |
