| I am a gal with a verve' for Life. I generally like people and have a "passion" for animals and their care. I never met an animal I can't connect with in some way! ;) I also work in veterinary medicine and have for 11 plus years. My job rocks. The other critters that share my home with me are Drifter, my handsome golden, Dobie, my lil' spark plug Min pin~pom mix, Atreyu & Acacia my 13 yr.old DSH kitty cats, Herbie, my painted turtle someone brought home and put in my bathtub. He was mine ever since, and my koi pond fish. I miss my late water dragon Eekie Socka Tu, Kiwi my white capped pionus parrot, who both passed away in 2006. Also Reggie, my "project pooch" the hardest guy to rehabilitate. RIP, my sweet beloved pals. I will NEVER forget you! Oh yes, Smudge You too. My wonderful husband, and I have been blessed with our baby girl after 4 IVF cycles. She is the BEST thing I have done and God has created for us. All praise to God and his plan. He answered our prayers after we had thought our hopes of becoming parents together, looked glim. She is my world and has the same energy her mommy does. Look out world! LOL I also have 2 step-kids, Jamie & Jen. My hobbies and interests include, music (all kinds), watching movies, I will challenge anyone to a competitive game of tennis. I like foosball, running outdoors with good jams queued in my I Pod, scrapbooking, making candles, family/ friend get- togethers, and building my faith in God on a daily basis. I want to teach my daughter to respect her elders, manners, integrity, and fortitude to life her life "full", to spread her wings and soar in life's adventures while still keeping one foot grounded.
