Music:Member Since: 08/01/2007Band Members: Deadbeat Productions also known as DBP was founded in 2007 by a group of songwriters and producers. Understanding song structure creates instrumentals that mesh well with lyrics, and displays versatility. DBP's style is influenced by many genres of music. Funk, R&B, Jazz, even 70's disco laid on top of a 90's Hip Hop foundation has become apart their signature sound. Each instrumental is crafted from scratch never using samples. DBP has done well in beat battles, always complimented on their originality, placed 3rd in their first beat battle with iStandardProducers.com, and continues to attend all music related conferences (i.e. One Stop Shop, ASCAP expos, etc.).
