About Me |
|
| I love music. Lots of music - all kinds, from J S Bach to W F Bach, I also love that feeling you get when you can't remember whether or not you've put sugar in your coffee. I have an abiding passion for guitar music, from John Williams, Julian Bream, Segovia through Al Di Meola, Eric Clapton, Dave Ellis, Chris Smither, Lonnie Johnson, Jeff Beck, Jimmy Page, Mick Taylor and many many others, leaving the best till last ... Jimi. After years of listening to and playing along with (as best I can) all these people on record I have written and recorded a few of my own poor offerings which can be heard above. I hope you like them. Let me know either way, but not too harsh please. I had a lot of fun and will continue to do so hopefully for a long time to come. One of my songs - Voodoo Lounge - is influenced by and mentions my all time favourite guitar hero, Jimi Hendrix and my all time favourite actor, Humphrey Bogart. I hope they're not spinning in their graves. Here's looking at you kids.So long My Little Chickadees | |
