Financing his studies he was playing piano, saxophone and guitar in different bands.My mother, born German sang successfully in several choir, who produced MC / LP.Aged eight, i started learning clarinet playing in a Country Music SchoolWith the age of thirteen years i was member of an Orchestra.This time I discovered to play guitar, took my fathers instrument and started to sound.I was sixteen years old, when i got member of my first band.The first Gig happened in a very narrow garage - it was great.From this time on, playing in different bands, more and more i'm realising my own style.In 1983 i successfully finished my studies in classic guitar, first visiting a music school, at least learning by a special teacher.Further i attended workshops and seminaries.In 1986 i got the access at music school after examination.Caused ba financial resources i had to give up my studies.From 1987 until 2000 i took the chance to teach guitar classes in the Country Music School , workshops by Pat Metheny , Lee RitenourMeanwhile i got access to several studio projects and was presenting guitar-plays at music mess in Frankfurt / Main.After 2000 i started composing.At least in 2001 i accomplished with playing keyboard.Experiences "on stage" as well as in studios have completed my guitar sound.The variability is one of the most importand interest of my style.Finally the listener should get the feeling and identifying with my playing by taking relaxation.
Guitarist H. Attila Jelinek plays a broad range of music ranging from
instrumental guitar tracks to Pop tunes. On his 14 song CD "Guitar Light" he
plays guitar, keyboards, bass, and drums, along with producing, and
mastering the CD. Guitar Nine Magaine wrote -Jelinek features his guitar
playing in some fashion on every cut, something you don't hear in a lot of
contemporary, radio-styled tunes. A lot of the instrumental music would fit
perfectly as soundtrack music, for film or television - it's got that
evocative feel that would suit dramatic or suspenseful material well.
Jelinek's also got a really smooth electric guitar style that listeners
should find appealing. A child of the 60's, Jelinek comes from a musical family and at age eight began playing the clarinet. Within a couple of years he became a member of an orchestra, and quickly became competent with the guitar and at sixteen played his very first gig, in a small garage.Since then, he's studied classical guitar, attending workshops and seminars, teaching classes, and indulging in various musical projects.Since 2000 he has composed original music, including integrating the keyboard into his repertoire. Take a listen to his music for the diverse range of sounds, from dance, to downtempo, to all out classic guitar playing.
