How I made my profile: I used Dave & Jay's amazing myspace editor . ALL VOCALS/INSTRUMENTS/PROGRAMMING ~ Cat Lewis
1989 Cat Lewis forms Catacoustics. October 1990 Catacoustics Debut gig at the Mean Fiddler, Harlesden, London. The Moonlight Club, etc. 1991 The gig listings continue, adding venues such

The Spiral Club. February 27th - Catacoustics play live on Tim Smith's GLR (Greater London Radio) show and elicit an unheard of response from listeners wanting to know more about the band. DJ - Tommy Vance, currently a presenter on VH-1, was waiting to go on air in a neighboring studio and also gave the band's performance a thumbs up! Pip Williams (top Producer with Status Quo, Kiki Dee,etc.) hears the show and offers his expertise and money to produce two tracks at Monroe Studios, Holloway Road, London. May '91 - Catacoustics land a residency at the Moonlight Club, West Hampstead. August '91 - Singer Justin Hayward, who hit the heights with The Moody Blues, hears the band's demo "I enjoyed it very much. The band obviously has a lot of musical energy and the singer has a wonderfully versatile voice. All the ingredients are there for success, you just have to go after it aggressively." 1992 As a result of the live GLR session, David Rome and business partner Anne-Marie Heighway of Survival Music/Records, take an active interest in the band and are keen to offer a deal. The band continue to gig regularly at their favourite venues. 1994 The band take time out to write and record songs for a new demo.
