| Elhorla es un proyecto formado hace muchos años atras por los hnos Vargas quienes deciden darle vida "oficialmente" recien a finales de 1999 con la llegada de Juan Carlos en el bajo. Sin intensiones o pretenciones comerciales Elhorla fue concebido como una manera de canalizar experiencias personales, expresar y criticar a un ente social consumido en si mismo experimentando para esto con música y artes en general. Se tomo el nombre de un cuento del autor frances Guy de Maupassant debido a la alusión con el personaje que vive una paranoÃa y estado de locura que lo transforma a lo largo de la historia.La totalidad de las letras es compuesta por los hermanos Vargas quienes aparte de dedicar tiempo a la música también incursionan en otras facetas como son la ilustración, dibujo y pintura en el caso de Christian www.xtianvargasart.com xtianvargasart.blogspot.com y el dibujo, pintura y escultura en el caso de José Carlos www.jcmvargasart.com el horla is a project produced by the brothers Vargas who decide to create it "officially" at the end of 1999 with the arrival of Juan Carlos playing the bass. Since the beginnings, el horla was created as a manner to channel personal experiences with music and arts in general. The name was taken from the French author Guy de Maupassant due to allusion of the important figure who experiences paranoia and a state of insanity that change him during the whole story. All lyrics are composed by the brothers Vargas who besides dedicating time to music, they also enter into other aspects such as picture, drawing and painting in the case of Christian www.xtianvargasart.com and drawing, painting and sculpture in the case of José Carlos www.jcmvargasart.com |
