Ero troppo piccolo per capire cos'era: il primo vento di una musa dolorosa che trasforma le sue torture in musica. Ho cominciato a suonare il pianoforte a 4 anni, inconsapevole della gabbia d'oro che si andava via via formando tutt'intorno. Adesso che parecchie pagine a 5 righe sono state strappate e molte altre confinate nell'esilio di una canzone, non è cambiato poi molto: la musica continua ad avere 7 note ed io continuo a non capire se mischiare queste note valga un'esistenza. E mentre ci rifletto su, mi fermo immobile ad ascoltare le bestemmie della Musa nella testa che scalcia e che s'affanna per ricevere i suoi servigi. Mi piacerebbe sapere cosa mi succederebbe se non le prestassi ascolto. Vorrei proprio vedere. Ma poi un po' per vigliaccheria, un po' per abitudine, ricomincio a scrivere..."“Once, at night, I have broken the sleep for the crash and the chaos that reigned in my head.
