About Me |

The idea of starting a soundsystem came to our minds in 2004. From that time on Alec Isso and Selector Marcus started to set up the sound soon to be named "Rocket Sound da Redeemer". From the first day the idea was not only to play Reggae and Dancehall but also the finest in Funk&Soul music. For that reason we teamed up with our long time friends Chris Tuff, Jörg and Boogaloo Dave, now maintaining our Funk&Soul segment. Finally Mr. Chin joined the family and Big Belli and Stucut (founders of DefySound) compleded the Reggae&Dancehall lineup in the best possible way. A trip to Jamaica and many parties followed and since February 2007 we have our own radio-show pon local TIDE radio (see left). And nobody knows what comes next...But one thing is for sure: The Rocket come fe rock it... |
