Hello everyone my name's Mehmet Raif. I've been playing guitar for 4 years and bass guitar for 2 years. Where to start? Well before typing anything i would like to thank my guitar teacher Noel Martin who if it weren't for i would never be able to do anything on any instrument apart from headbutting them in an agressive manner (only joking i'm actually quite a peaceful guy.) The songs that are on the myspace are songs that ive played most parts on and and recorded/engineered myself (bar college f.m.p which is also produced by shane johnson and my beautiful friend has volcals and bass from Jerrymiah Heggerty another massive inspiration to me) at home. I play bass in 2 bands at the moment, one of which is Lester clayton and the other is currently without a name. Im gonna keep this message short and sweet but before i end the text i wanna thank certain musicans/friends who have inspired me to play music (in no particular order) such as: Dino Randhawa,Gus, Martin, Jhon Morrison, Brian Despard, Josh Mycroft, Anthony Barker, Jay, Mickey Heggerty, Dan Sweeney, Niol Sweeney, Sam Whitehouse, Rudy (r.i.p), Ivor O,Connor and to those i have forgot to mention you know who you are! and i also apologise for spelling mistakes. |
