| Hey. Take a deep breath: is that fresh air in your lungs? If not, we we've got a problem. And that's why I'm here. I used to be pretty cool, but lately people have been blowing me off. So, I've decided that it wasn't enough to see asthma problems on the rise to get my point across - MySpace was easier, and I didn't have to hear so much wheezing. I love having crucial chillers, and I'm open to hanging out - anywhere at any time. Basically, for about 30 years, there’s been a lot of help to clean me up but there’s still a bunch of work to do. I’m like the silent killer (or your Uncle Bob after eating too much broccoli). What you don’t see can still be deadly. In big cities, smog and haze still try to steal my glory, and I’m sick of it. Literally – sick (I’m trying to get over my lung disease right now). Currently, a loving foster family, NATURAL RESOURCES DEFENSE COUNCIL , has taken me in to their home. They’re good people, and I’ve got about 1.2 million brothers and sisters. My foster parents spend a lot of time in D.C. trying to get me into a nice home. Mom works directly in every level of the government doing lobby work. Dad spends his time taking power companies, manufacturers and state/local authorities to court. It’s kind of cool that they’re working so hard to help me out. So, that’s me in a nutshell. Looking to hang out more often in public with new friends since my foster family is so busy behind the scenes. I stand to my convictions, and I promise not to blow hot air. |

I'd like to meet:Lungs and other parts of the Respiratory system. People that want to breathe. Trees and shrubbery. Carbon. Pine Sol - because it doesn't smell as good as me. Windmills. Kites. Al Gore. Balloons. Skydivers. Birds, especially pheasants. Noses.Bike riders. Runners.Walkers.Skaters. Hybrid owners. Carpoolers. People who don't burn trash. People that open their windows. Non-smokers.I'd like to meet exhaust pipes, pollutors, chemical toxins and anything else that takes away from my potential existence - so that I can suffocate them with freshness. Seriously, I really want to meet anyone that wants to help me make a comeback. |
