Who we are Nato come crocevia di esperienze musicali diverse, principalmente legate alla musica hip-hop di derivazione jazz-funk e dai toni più "conscious", The Pornophonix è un progetto che fa della ricchezza musicale e della ricercatezza dei testi i suoi punti di forza. Ogni brano è un racconto vero e proprio, dalla struttura ben definita, dalle tematiche varie e complesse e dall'appeal molto cinematografico. Gli arrangiamenti sono affinati ed estremamente curati, costruiti sul legame fra il lavoro elettronico svolto con l'mpc e una importante componente strumentale composta da basso, chitarra, tastiere (strumenti fissi della formazione) e fiati. Con un disco all'attivo (The Amazing Adventures of the Pornophonix), la band, dopo tre anni di lavoro, sta completando le registrazioni del nuovo album.
