Sein aktuelles Soloprojekt ist eine Klangreise im typischen NoHoPlek-Style, der hier in seinen Kompositionen und Arrangements zum Tragen kommt. NoHoPlek überzeugt mit feinfühligem Spiel, fesselnden Spannungsbögen und faszinierendem Groove. Er spielt diese Stücke im Flatpickingstyle und koloriert sie mit erdigem Slide-Spiel. Ohne auf frischen Fahrtwind und eine gute Prise "good time feeling" zu verzichten, findet der Hörer intime, berührende, ja magische Momente von hoher Intensität. Vor allem seine Eigenkompositionen zeigen, dass sich NoHoPlek längst von seinen Vorbildern emanzipiert und eine eigene Sprache gefunden hat.
