| HeavensDust was formed by Shin in 2000 with the idea of taking the soul of Japanese traditional music and combining with a Western, modern sound.
Each member plays an integral part in the creation of their unique sound. In order to find the sound that they were ultimately looking for, the member line up constantly changed with AJO (Kazuhiro hard drum/wadaiko), SHIN (Guitar & Vocal), and NAN-ZAN (shakuhachi) as steady members. Finally, with the addition of Kazha (Vocal), they're finally settled on their current line up. The mixture of Japanese and Western style that Shin had originally created is enhanced by the trying melody of Kazha and her beautiful voice. It's now closer to their idea of the perfect mixture of lightness/darkness & silence/sound. |
