| With a unique sound that is equal parts jazz, angst, and folk, Carrie Lydon and Kate Rickenbacker defy the traditional singer-songwriter genre. New to the scene, their intricate weave of voice, violin, and guitar is winning fans all around. Lydon's voice has been described as touching upon the "wistfulness of Dido, the angst of PJ Harvey, and the poetic heart of Joni Mitchell (Daniel Cain, Terminal Bliss)."
