44 Strings.. I like to improvise on well known Jazz standards and Traditionals. I am also dreaming behind my harp; intuitive instant music will arise with an original free sound. The music is especially suggestive for the listener's fantasy. I have 44 strings available. These are as it were three instruments. The harp is the rhythm, base and melody. To me it is very challenging to express the versatility of the harp as a solo instrument. This delicate, sensitive instrument can be played with Soul.44 Strings meets.. Occasionally I will collaborate with other artists. With the Swedish composer G. Jonasson she is creating a CD with instant music. This CD will be released in 2008. I am also developing a repertoire for a unique jazz formation. There will be also a colloboration with well known Lounge music producer in 2008.Jazz Abstracts... To me the use of audio visuals have become more natural. I combine improvisational or composed music with images. These images are filmed through the eye of a photographer. One could say that these images are moving pictures, abstracts. The music can be characterized as minimal, abstract. I have released some Free Improvisations on the CD I am a dreamer. There also will be recordings of some Jazz Abstracts on DVD.
