Hammer& Heavy Metal was initially published as Heavy Metalmagazine back in December 1984, which makes us more than 22 years old(ehhh????????) We’re proud to be one of the oldest metal mags in thewhole fucking universe and beyond. On March 1988 the mag merged with MetalHammer and became Metal Hammer & Heavy Metal after that. Since the early90’s the mag operates independently and nowadays features 148 as heavy aspossible pages including the Horror section which is devoted to more extremeforms of music. So if you’re into metal, you’re all invited to beour friends.
