The Light Group's newest restaurant venture, Diablo's Cantina will open this fall on the famed Las Vegas Strip in front of the Monte Carlo Resort & Casino. Spanish for "The Devil's Cantina," the hip cross-the-borderline themed entertainment complex will feature the best in modern Mexican fare, an extensive cocktail menu, live entertainment and a fun fiesta-like atmosphere. Executive Chef Brian Massie's menu will combine old Mexican classics with a unique spin on some of today's favorites. In addition to a high-energy bar and lounge, Diablo's will feature a fine cocktail menu of lively libations including specialty margaritas, mojitos and sangrias as well as an array of rare and exotic tequilas. The unique Strip-side location lends itself to people watching outside, while inside, guests are treated to an exciting vibrant atmosphere. The experience is complemented by warm and friendly service.
