Thanks for stopping by to check out my page! The all-original project currently being featured is tentatively titled "It Is What It Is" and marks the first outing on which I have done most of the heavy lifting - composer / arranger / engineer / producer and so on. Players involved thus far include: John Fifield - Guitars, Guitar Synth & Synth ProgrammingRic Fierabracci - Electric & Electric/Acoustic Basses Sammy Figueroa - Percussion Darrell Griffin - Vocals Christian Howes - Violin and Octave Giege Joe Locke - Vibes and Synthesizer Don Miller - Acoustic Bass Joel Rosenblatt - Drums Debbie Spring - Viola I am currently in the process of doing final mixes for all of the tunes in the IIWII project and will be sending it off to be mastered by Dave Collins as soon as the stew is properly seasoned. Things are on track for an August '08 release. Whooohoooooooo!!! "Skank This" is an excerpt which features Darrell, Ric and Joel"Sophie" is posted in it's entirety and features Ric, Joe and Sammy "Mulata" is posted in it's entirety and features Ric, Joel, Chris and Debbie After a lengthy involuntary hiatus, Beverly Lewis-Fifield, my beautiful wife of 19 years, has re-emerged onto the SoFla music scene. We have recently begun working together again and are recording blues and jazz oriented material for a CD to be completed and hopefully released in '08. There are some fine South Florida-based musicians involved in this recording and we are both pleased with how the material has been evolving. Gabe Vales, Goran Ristanovich, Paul Banman and Gabriel Vivas have lent their talents to the tracks so far and we're thrilled to have them on board! Check in at Bev's page in the coming months for previews of tracks-in-progress. . .
