eVe Buigues is a French-born singer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist who spent most of her life in the United States before recently settling in the UK. Featured in various television series, concerts, albums, and major feature films, eVe is most known for her work as the lead singer/songwriter of high profile Los Angeles band JARIYA . eVe’s work with Jariya is available at all digital online stores and can also be purchased at CD BABY . "Jariya have presented a spell-bounding soundscape in this musical offering. It sounds like the inner workings of a mind choosing to see beauty in her post-industrial, post-human world. She takes the stripped amber hue of the cold wet streets and turns it to gold. Gorgeous..." (Andrew Clark, cdbaby.com). eVe can be seen playing character "Sophie" in camp comedy film "Starcrossed" (directed by Lorene Machado) for which eVe wrote the soundtrack; a series of French chansons with a satiric streak. She can be seen performing in the musical Red, Hot & Cole, at the Church Hill Theater, Edinburgh (April 15-19), Painted Eggs at the St Bride Theater, Edinburgh (May 29-31), and Showcase at the St Michael Church on May 9.
