| Topp Gun was formed by Clifford Stephens and Joseph Velez. These two aspiring hip-hop artists envision making their mark in the hip-hop, R&B industry as Colorado-Bravo and Jo Shine.Born and Raised in The Bronx, New York, Jo Shine and Bravo unite their lyrical skills to bring to the music industry a new breed of hip-hop talent. Within the years of its existence, Topp Gun has performed in many of NYC's local establishments such as PLANET 28 , MO BETTER'S , BLACKTHORN, SAND BAR, RITLERS, JIMMY'S BRONX CAFE, SOB's, EXIT, CLUB DEEP in Miami, FL, THE SUPER CLUB and many National and International music production venues where their talent was applauded and admired.Topp Gun is influenced by some of hip-hop's greatest performers, yet their unique style and powerful delivery sets them apart from other artists. Produced by Tribeca and writing all their own lyrics, Jo Shine and Colorado focus their uprising as lyricists not rappers. They don't just rhyme... They make hit songs!Topp Gun's focus is to reach out to hip-hop fans who can appreciate a hot song with good lyrics and powerful delivery complimented by a tight beat.
