| Hey Folks,
My name is Eric Anderson and welcome! For over 25 years I’ve been involved in music at many different levels…performing, writing, recording, producing, teaching, marketing & promotion, advertising & merchandising…and through the years I’ve been very fortunate to meet and work with many talented individuals. As a musician, I am first and foremost a guitarist, but I also play bass, drums, keyboards, and tinker on almost any other instrument I can get my hands on in addition to programming, sequencing and remixing. If you are from the New York City area, you may recall some of the bands that I've played with in years past: Voyager, Slaphammer, The Bad X-Rays, Jam Sandwich, Doug Rowan & Vaamp, Yak Attack, Metropolis, Jimi Copening's Dream Team, The Common Sense Group and the Lordz of Brooklyn. During my time with the Lordz, one very popular piece of session work I did was playing the guitar tracks on the Busta Rhymes recording of “This Means War” (Iron Man) from his Platinum Selling CD, “E.L.E. Extinction Level Event”. This track features the one and only Ozzy Osbourne and was a huge crossover hit receiving much airplay on modern rock radio. The track was also featured on the popular compilation CD “Nativity In Black 2 – A Tribute to Black Sabbath”. Other notable musicians that I’ve had the extreme pleasure of working with are the very talented Tony Levin and Jerry Marotta who have both left marks on the music world playing with such notables as Peter Gabriel, King Crimson, Yes, Paul McCartney, and countless others. Aside from live performances and studio sessions, remixes and production projects have also been on my agenda. Such projects include the production and recording of remixes for the smash single “Tongue Ring” by the Platinum Selling and Academy Award Winning rap group, Three 6 Mafia on Hypnotize Minds/Loud Records. The "E. Money's Smooth Groove Mix" of this track was featured on the Hypnotize Minds - "Da Unreleased Unheard Joints" CD Sampler which features appearances by Three 6 Mafia, UGK, Hypnotize Camp Posse, Gangsta Boo, & Cash Money Millionaires. Another was the production, arrangement and mastering the “F.Y.E. Rock Selects” CD samplers. These compilations feature such groups as Kittie, Sugarcult, GWAR, Six Feet Under, No Use For A Name, Les Claypool, Me First & The Gimme Gimmes, Thursday, Sick Of It All, Soulfly, Earth Crisis, Pennywise, Screeching Weasel, NOFX, The Donnas, Rancid, and many more.
